When you cannot afford a Pilate’s class, kickboxing or yoga class, nothing compares to your own personal work out class. Thanks to technology of video recorders and DVD players, an exercise program is a matter of popping in a disk or video. The added benefit of using exercise-training videos is that you can work out on your own schedule.
